Ingredients: Whiting (fish), 4 fillet*Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, 4 cupGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, slicedYellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips *Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp *Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cup
Directions
Place the fish in a baking pan season it with what ever you like. pour the vegtable and rice on top. Add a little water for the rice or use bag of frozen flavored rice. pour vinegar on top and cover. Bake for app. 60 to 75 minutes. Make 4 1-cup servings and 1 fillet a piece
