Turnip cake

Ingredients
Garlic, 1 clove Rice flour, white, 100g Corn Starch, 50g Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbsp Carrot - raw, 2 tbsp Dried Flower Mushroom, 3 caps Seitan 85g Turnip, raw 250 gram Water 2 cup or as needed
Directions
Soak mushrooms in 1 cup of hot water. Remove the stems and chop finely. Grate the turnip and the carrot. In a large saucepan mix all ingredients except the flours, including the mushroom water and bring to a boil. Simmer 10-15 minutes, until the radish is soft and the water has evaporated. In a bowl mix the flours, then add the vegetable mix and water to make a thick batter. Pour the batter into 2 small loaf tins and steam for 40 minutes. Allow to cool. Slice. Can be reheated to serve, or pan-fried.
