Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
Broccoli, red peppers, onion, baby carrots, immitation bacon bits, light ranch dressing
Directions
Cut off broccoli florets from stalk
Chop peppers, onions and baby carrots (or grate regular carrots) to your liking
Combine all vegetables, bacon bits and dressing in bowl
Stir until dressing is has coated entire mixture
Chill for 15 minutes in refigerator
Makes approx. 6 side portion servings
