Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 cup fresh or frozen chopped kale1 cup frozen fruit1 teaspoon natural peanut butter1 teaspoon ground flax mealextra water
Directions
Add liquid and kale to blender and pulse a few times. Then add fruit, peanut butter, flax meal and some water (if necessary) and blend to make your preferred consistency. Enjoy!
