Red Curry Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
2 pounds extra lean ground turkey3 tbsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste12 cloves garlic, peeled and minced1/4 C Kikkoman Panko crumbs1 tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and minced1 tsp fresh ground black pepper1 tbsp Frank's Original Redhot Sauce1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire1 tbsp tapioca starch1 tbsp basil
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in bowl. Form into 8 patties. BBQ until cooked through. Serve hot (also tasty cold)
