Nutrilicious Chicken Soup

Ingredients
6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast3 cans lower sodium chicken broth1 cup cooked brown rice1 can low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup frozen mixed vegetables1/2 cup chopped celery2 Tbsp. olive oil1 tsp. rosemary garlic seasoning
Directions
Cut chicken into small cubes and brown in olive oil. Add broth, seasoning, celery, and mixed vegetables. Cook until veggies are tender and broth is boiling. Add rice and beans. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
