Chicken and Veg Quiche

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS.Chicken breast cooked 600 GramsCheddar cheese grated 300 GramsEggs .EX Large ...10Bacon 6 rashers trimmed.into small piecesSilverbeet shredded 300 GramsMushrooms sliced 2cups.Celery diced 1cup.Milk low fat 1 cup
Directions
Spray frypan with Canola cooking spray.and add the bacon,when half cooked add the vegetables and chicken,and cook through.
In a separate Bowl .mix the Eggs and grated cheese and the milk to a smooth mixture.
Place all the Chicken,Bacon,and vegies into 2 large quiche dishes,and pour the Egg cheese and milk mixture evenly over them.
Preheat oven to 200.and cook for approx 20 minutes ,or when looks a golden brown on top
Cook in oven for approx
