Ingredients
1 small pita1/2 cup part skim ricotta1 oz shredded mozzarella1 tbsp parmesan cheese1/2 cup frozen spinach drained1 tsp olive oil, garlic powder, pepper1/2 cp Ragu
Directions
In a bowl comb ricotta, mozzarella and 1/2 parmesan cheese, set aside. Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out all liquid. Mix with oil and seasonings. Combine with ricotta mixture and stuff pita. Wrap in foil and bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with sauce and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
