Zuppa Toscana (light version)

Ingredients
13 oz turkey sausage1 cup chopped onion2 garlic clovescooking spray1 large potato4 cups chicken broth1 cup of fat free half and half2 to 3 cups of Kale fresh and choppedsalt and pepper to taste, I didn't use any
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spray - brown chopped onion and garlic cloves. Add broth and chopped potatoes in small pieces. Add sausage and cook till potatoes are done. I used a precooked sausage, but if you use an uncooked sausage I would brown it with the onion and garlic. I cooked it altogether just to get the flavors to blend. Turn you stove way down and add kale and half and half and heat till kale is cooked, just a few minutes. Don't boil at this point.
