Ingredients
24 oz (3 C) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped3/4 C Mayonnaise1/2 C Sour Cream8 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped1 tsp curry powder, or to tastesalt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs, curry powder, slat, and black pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
