Ham and Provolone Omelette

*Kroger Spiral Sliced Honey Ham, 2 oz(remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large(remove)Milk, 1%, 2 fl oz(remove)Provolone Cheese, 2 slice (1 oz)(remove)Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving(remove)Salt, 1 tsp(remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp(remove)
Melt butter in non stick omlette pan. Mix egg and milk in bowl until frothy. Dice ham. Place ham in pan and stir fry a few minutes. Spread ham evenly and pour egg mixture to cover bottom of pan. Add salt and pepper. Once bubbly, Puch sides of omelette in to drain egg on top of omelette to bottom of the pan. Work in a circular otion until egg is set. Place provolone slices on top and let melt for one minute. Fold omelette into plate.
