Ingredients
Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 cloves *Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies .5 cup, 1.5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped Zucchini, 2 cup, slicedChili powder, 1 tbspOregano, ground, 1 tsp*Cumin seed, .5 tsp Pepper, black, 3 dash *Flour, white, .125 cupWater, tap, 1 ice cube (3/4 fl oz)Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients except flour in slow cooker. Mix flour with water to make slurry, add to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.
