Black Bean Brownies - Gluten Free

Ingredients
1 can (15oz) Black Beans, rinsed3 large Eggs3 Tbsp Oil 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar1 tsp Baking Powder (optional)1 pinch Sea Salt (optional)1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Tbsp Instant Coffee (optional)1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips/Carob Chips (optional)
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease bottom of pan, I prefer to oil and sugar the bottom of 8" or 9" square dish.

In blender, combine Black Beans, Eggs, Oil and blend until smooth. Add Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Vanilla and Instant Coffee, blend until mixed.

Pour batter into greased pan, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, bake in centre of oven until sides pull away and top appears dry. This usually take 25-30 minutes for one batch. Allow to cool and cut into 16 pieces.

Serving Size: Makes one 8"-9" Square pan, serves 16
