10 minute Pressure Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage Supper

Ingredients
Directions
1 medium to large head of cabbaged, quartered and chopped into bite-sized chunks4 large carrots, cut into one inch chunks4 medium potatoes cut into quarters1 12-oz can corned beefSalt and pepper to taste1 cup water
Coursely chop the vegetables as described in the ingredients list.
Place the cabbage in the pressure cooker. Top with the potatoes and carrots.
Scoop the corned beef out of the can on top of the vegetables.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Seal pressure cooker and allow pressure to build.
Once the regulator starts to "jiggle" time for 3 minutes.
Quick cool under tap water.
Serve.
