Dry oatsCraisinsToasted CoconutGround Flax seedBenefiberApplesaucePeanut butterVanilla extractAlmond milkMaple syrup
Directions
In first bowl, combine 1 cup of the dry oats with all dry ingredients (craisins, coconut, flax and benefiber). In second bowl, combine 1 cup of oats with wet ingredients (applesauce, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla). Let the wet ingredients soak for 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients into one bowl. Mix thoroughly and scoop into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes to desired consistency.
