Honey Lemon Ginger Ale

Ingredients
1/3 Cup of Fresh Ginger Root (chopped)3 Tablespoons Filtered Water6 Tablespoons of Honey4 Tablespoons of Agave NectarJuice of 2 LemonsPinch of Sea Salt Himalayan Pink Salt1 Liter of Plain Sparkling Water
Directions
Place ginger root and filtered water in compact food processor and pulse until smooth. Empty contents into cheesecloth and squeeze out ginger juice. In pitcher mix honey, agave nectar, lemon juice and ginger juice. Gently pour in the sparkling water and add salt. Serve over ice with lemon garnish.
