Crockpot Chicken and potatoes

Ingredients
4 frozen chicken breasts.50 cup baby carrots3 medium potatoes, quartered.50 cup onion1 can low sodium chicken brothsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
layer vegetables in bottom of crockpot
layer breasts on top
add in broth
salt and pepper
cook on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is done
