Katie's Black Eyed Pea Salad

Ingredients
2 cans black eyed peas1/4 cup cilantro1 finely diced jalepeno pepper1/2 red onion, diced1/2 tsp sugar1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1/2 red bell peppersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
mix all vegetables together in a bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and olive oil and toss into vegetables. Cover and chill.
