Homemade Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1/2 cup cooked quinoa3 tbsp ketchup.3 cup raw onion 1 T. butter1 egg1 T. chili powder
Directions
saute chopped onions in butter, add all ingredients to bowl and mix. Add a small amount of milk if needed to improve texture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
