Caramelized Balsamic Pearl Onions

Ingredients
8 cups pearl onions2 tbls butter1 tsp salt1.5 cup water2 tbls honey2 tbls balsamic vineger
Directions
- add everything to pan except balamic.
- simmer over high heat until water evaporates, stiring occasionally, more as little water remains to prevent burning
- reduce heat to low
- add balamic and continue to cook for another 10-15 min stiring to prevent burning
