2 - Boneless,skinless chicken breasts,halved1 - can diced tomatoes (no salt )1 cup chopped onion1 tsp. olive oil2 Tbl. dried Basil1 Tbl. garlic powder1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh or bottled )Whole wheat thin spaghetti
Wash and pat dry chicken breasts.Pour oil into oven-proof casserole dish or square baking pan.Coat both sides of chicken in oil. Sprinkle with lemon juice, followed by spices. Top with canned tomatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.During final 10 minutes, boil pasta.Serve chicken with tomatoes and juices over pasta. Makes 4 servings
