Baked Chicken Fajita Filling

Ingredients
3# Thawed Chicken Breast, cut into strips2 Med. Vidalia Onion, cut into strips1 Red Pepper, cut into strips2Yellow Pepper, cut into strips1 Orange Pepper, cut into strips2 TBSP Olive Oil3 TSP Chili Powder3 TSP Ground Cumin
Directions
Spray a 9x13 pan with a cooking spray. Mix together your chicken, onion and peppers.

In a small bowl mix together oil and spices.

Drizzle the chicken and veggies with the oil/spice mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, uncovered. Make sure there is no pink in the chicken.
