Meatloaf on the Lighter Side

2 Pounds extra lean ground beef (or you could use ground turkey, ground soy "meat"... whatever suits you)1 Box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken1 Cup of water2 Large egg whites1/2 Cup of reduced calorie ketchup, divided
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix everything together except 1/4 cup of the ketchup.
Put the meatloaf into a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Make the meatloaf even all over and top it with the rest of the ketchup. (the recipe calls for only 1/4 cup to be remaining but I added an extra half cup because it didn't seem like enough to me)
Bake for an hour or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
