Kale and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups Chopped Kale1/4 Cup Avocado, Mashed1/2 Medium Tomato, ChoppedJuice of 1/2 LemonGrated peel of 1/2 Lemon 1/2 oz. Raisins1/2 oz. pecans or pumpkin seeds
Directions
In a bowl, mix chopped kale, mashed avocado and chopped tomato. Add lemon juice and grated peel. Mix and mash with your hands coating the kale with the avocado. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix in. Top with raisins, pecans (or pumpkin seeds or your favorite nuts).
