Sweet and Sour Poppy Seed Dressing

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon sea salt1/3 cup sugar, plus 1 pink package of sweet and low 1 tablespoon poppy seeds 1 cup extra virgin olive oil (add last, and slowly)
In a blender, add the apple cider vinegar, dry mustard, onion powder, salt, sugar and poppy seeds. Blend well. Slowly add the virgin olive oil, mix for several minutes. Store in a glass jar with lid in refrigerator. Stir well or shake before using.
Serving Size: Makes 1 1/2 cups: 12 servings of 2 tablespoons each
