One Bowl Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 large ripe bananasJuice of 1 lime (could substitute lemon)2 cups flour2/3 cup Splenda2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 cup Light Margarine, softened2 large eggs
Directions
Mash bananas, then add all remaining ingredients to mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until well-mixed.

Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan, and bake in a 350 degree oven until tested done (50-60 minutes).

If browning too fast, cover with foil during last portion of baking.
