Ingredients
1 egg1 c cottage cheese2 T fat free half and half1 t vanilla1 t cinnamon3 packets splenda1 t baking powder1 banana1 c oatmeal
Directions
Add ingredients to blender in this order - blend after each ingredient. Bake at 375 for approx 25 minutes. Makes 6 muffins.
