Vegetarian Lasagna with Chickpeas and Cottage Cheese

Directions
Layer lasagna starting with a little sauce and one noodle. Place chickpeas, carrot, and onion mixture as one layer, then a noodle, then cheese-egg mixture as a second layer, then a noodle, then chickpea veggie mixture, then third noodle, then cheese mixture and fourth noodle. Top with sauce and bake in 375F oven for one hour.

Serving Size: Makes six ample servings for dinner.
