Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
1 medium onion chopped1 can corn beef (NOT HASH)1 large potato, peeled and cubed2 Tbs flour1 medium head of cabbage steamed w/ olive oil
Directions
Peel and cube the potato. Boil. Chop onion and sauté with mister olive oil. Add flour and brown. Add the can of corn beef and brown a little.Pour the water and cooked potato in and stir to make a gravy. Simmer on low for a few minutes until the water cooks out. Steam the cabbage and season with olive oil or Mrs Dash.
