Our Usual Salad

Ingredients
3 cups fresh lettuce leaves, preferably Mesculin1 large tomato cut into 9 wedges1 tbsp shallots or spring onionslemon juice
Directions
Throw together all ingredients. Toss together. Add a little fresh lemon juice as a dressing.

Can add other veggies like cucumber or zucchini sliced and diced.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 3 people
