Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon butter, melted2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (orsubstitute 1 green onion)1 clove garlic, minced⅛ teaspoon paprika˝ teaspoon salt˝ teaspoon pepper12 oz medium shrimp, peeled and deveined1 lemon, halved
Directions
Preheat broiler. Combine olive oil, butter, chives, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss until well coated. Place shrimp on a broiler pan. Broil on top oven rack 2 minutes. Turn shrimp; broil 2 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink. Squeeze with lemon. Serve immediately.
