Carrie's Low-Carb Chili

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 20 ozBush's Chili Beans, 1.5 cupBeans, black, 1.5 cupOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped*Rotel, 1 cupGarlic, 3 tspChili powder, 10 tbsp*Hot Dog Nathan's, 5 servingWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), 1 cup
Directions
Brown ground beef, stirring in onions, garlic, 1/2 of the chili powder, and bell peppers (I prefer yellow and red for added sweetness). In crock pot, stir black beans, chili beans, rotel, and remaining chili powder and 2 to 4 cups of water, depending on the desired thickness. Once ground beef mixture is cooked, add to crock pot and stir. Chop up hot dogs, brown them in the same skillet with a tbsp of oil (Olive Oil is the best). Once browned to your liking, add to the crock pot. Simmer on low for up to 6 hours or high for 3 hours. Add low fat cheese, sour cream, etc.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 10 hearty bowls
