Ham and Swiss Quiche with Spinach and Tomato

Ingredients
1 refrigerated pie crust4 oz Smithfield Anytime Ham Steak -- dicedSpinach, frozen, 204 grams1 medium tomato3 slices Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese -- diced1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk -- shredded6 T All Whites Liquid Egg White 8 oz Milk, 2%Salt and pepper, to tasteDry or fresh herbs, to taste.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place crust in pie dish. Combine ham, cheese, and vegetables in prepared crust. Whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, salt and pepper, and any desired herbs. Pour over other ingredients in crust. Bake for approx. 60 minutes.
