Thai Beef Tacos w/Lime-Cilantro Slaw

Ingredients
Steak: 1 Tbsp sugar1 1/2 tsp mince, peeled ginger1 1/2 fish sauce1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce1/4 tsp ground pepper2 garlic cloves, minced1 lb flank steak, trimmedSlaw:1/4 cup fresh lime juice1 Tbsp sugar2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar1 1/2 tsp miced peeled fresh ginger1 1/2 tsp fish sauce1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce2 garlic cloves, minced3 cups cabbage, shredded1/4 cup sliced green onions1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro8 flour tortillas (110 calorie)
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top bag. Slice steak to thin strips. Add steak to bag; seal and marinate in fridge for 20 mins.

Prepare slaw combine juice and next 6 ingredients (through 2 garlic cloves) ina large bowl. Add cabbage, onion and cilantro. Toss well to combine.

Remove stea from bag; saute in pan on med-high heat.

Warm tortillas and divide stead and slaw among 8 tortillas.

    Very unique flavors in this recipe. I liked it a lot, but I'm not a big fan of flank steak so something else would have been better. - 4/20/08
