Modified Low Fat Banana Cookies

Ingredients
3 Ripe Bananas1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce2 Cups Rolled Oats1 Tsp Vanilla Extract1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon1 Cup Chopped Dried Figs
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Chop approx 6 dried dates and set aside.

In a large bowl mash the bananas and applesauce together until smooth. Add cinnamon, vanilla and figs. Mix well. Add oats and mix thoroughly.

Drop by teaspoon fulls onto a wax lined cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
