Strawberry Cheesecake Muffin

Ingredients
*Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 8 oz *Almond flour, 1 cup *Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, 1 cup Egg Beaters, original - 1/4 cup, 5 serving **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp *Jello - Sugar Free - Strawberry, 1 packet *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp Whey Protein Isolate - Super Advanced Whey Protein (Body Fortress) 2 scoops1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Grind the 1 cup coconut in a coffee grinder. Mix together almond flour, coconut flour, flax meal, jello packet 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda.

In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Combine the 2 bowls mix until the batter comes out smooth.

Bake for 20-25 min and enjoy!
