Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients
1c. Yellow Cornmeal2T. Honey, 2 tbsp1 1/3c. Granulated Sugar2T. Baking Powder1t. Salt2/3c. Vegetable Oil1/3c. Butter, salted4 Eggs2 1/2c. Fat Free (Skim) Milk3c. All-Purpose White Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease 9x13 inch baking dish.

Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl.
Mix the vegetable oil, melted butter, honey, beaten eggs, and milk, together. Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and stir just to moisten.

Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, (until the top of the cornbread starts to brown and cracks).

Serving Size: Makes 20, 2.5" x 2.5" squares
