Black Bean Chicken Enchilada Bake

20 oz Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips1 pkg McCormick Taco Seasoning mix1 can black beans, drained1 can mild Rotelle Tomatoes & chilis1 can Old El Paso Mild Enchilada Sauce8 Mission 96% fat free flour tortillas (small)1 cup Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar finely shredded cheese
1. Brown chicken breast strips in skillet over med-hi heat.
2. Add black beans, taco seasoning mix, and Rotelle tomatoes to skillet, stir, simmer another 5 minutes.
3. Lightly spray 9x13 baking dish with Pam cooking spray.
Spread about 1/3 of enchilada sauce in bottom of dish.
4. Place 4 tortillas in bottom of dish, overlapping slightly.
5. Pour chicken mixture over tortilla shells.
6. Place remaining tortillas overtop.
7. Pour remaining enchilada sauce overtop, covering evenly.
8. Sprinkle cheese overtop, covering evenly.
9. Bake at 350° for about 20-30 minutes, until bubbly.
