Slow Cooked Round Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb boneless beef bottom round steak2 med carrots - cut into 1/2 inch pieces2 stalks celery cut into 1/2 inch pieces1 14 1/2 can stewed tomatoes1 cup quartered fresh mushrooms1 cup beef broth1/2 cup sliced green onions1/2 cup white wine3 T quick-cooking tapioca1 t dried Italian seasoning1/2 t salt1/4 t ground black pepper1 bay leaf3 cups hot cooked noodles
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Cook for 9 to 10 ours on low or 4 1/2 to 5 hours on high

1. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes. Place beef in slow cooker add carrots; celery, tomatoes, mushrooms. broth, green onions, wine, tapioca, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and bay leaf.

2.Cover; and cook.

3. Remove bay leaf. Serve over cooked noodles.
