1 pound venison - cut into bite size pieces2 cups chopped carrots3 cups chopped potatoes1 stalk celery, chopped2 cups chicken broth2 tsp minced garlic1 small onion, chopped.25 cup flour
add all ingredients into crock pot (be sure to lightly grease first) except flour.Stir, cook on low for 6 hours. Add in half flour, cook on high 30mins. Stir. Add more flour if needed to thicken and cook on high few mins longer.
