Pasta with Sausage, Artichokes, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 pound Chicken Sausage8 oz Sun-Dried Tomatoes4 oz Canned mushrooms8 oz Artichoke hearts1 1/2 c Chicken Broth1/2 c Sake3 cloves Garlic14 oz Canned Peas1 1/2 c raw Whole wheat Pasta4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
1.Cook pasta about 1 minutes less than directions and drain. set aside
2. Cut sausage into bite sized pieces (about 6 to 8 per sausage)
3. Slice tomatoes (save 2 T of oil)
4. slice or grate garlic cloves
5. Put 2 T of oil from drained tomatoes into a skillet and very lightly sauté sausage and add garlic. Do not let garlic get brown.
6. Add chicken broth, sake, drained artichoke and drained mushrooms. Cook for about 8 minutes to cook down sauce.
7. Add drained peas and cooked pasta
8. Heat through and serve in individual bowls and put diced mozzarella on top.
