Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded Pepper, black, .25 tsp Tuna, mackerel, salmon, canned. 10-16 oz *Bread, Crescent Roll, Reduced Fat, 2 tubes
In a saucepan, cook the onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, bread crumbs, egg, cheese and pepper. Stir in the fish.
Unroll dough; form into eight 6x4 inch rectangles, using 2 rolls to form one rectangle. Seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup filling on each. Fold dough over to seal; seal with tines of fork. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
