Light broccoli salad

Ingredients
Ingredients2 heads fresh broccoli, chopped1 head fresh cauliflower, chopped1/2 cup chopped red pepper1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 red onion, chopped1/2 cup ripe olives (or green olives w/pimento), chopped1 cup tomatoes, chopped1 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded1 cup reduced-fat ranch dressing
Directions
Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 1 minute each. Place in ice bath for 1 minute. Drain and add with all other ingredients into large bowl. Mix well. Chill for at east 4 hours. Serve.
