Cauliflower, raw, 3 cup Garlic powder, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Dairy Free Sunflower Spread, 4 tbsp (feel free to reduce)2 cups dairy-free milk (nutrition is for 2% coconut milk)Nutritional Yeast Flakes, 50g0.5 tsp whole grain mustard
Put all of the ingredients except the nutritional yeast in a pot, cover, and simmer until the cauliflower is falling apart. Then, add nutritional yeast and remove from heat. Blend to a smooth consistency using a stick blender or by transferring to a regular blender. Add black pepper to taste.
