1- 13oz can of chicken breast1 avocado1.5 Tbs Light MayonnaiseDash garlic powderDash onion powder
Directions
Scoop the avocado meat out of the skin and discard the pit. Mash the avocado into the chicken. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and mayo. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
