Cholesterol Free Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 Arrowhead Mills Oat Bran1/4 raisins (or chopped dates)1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1/2 tsp sea salt2 or 3 egg whites1 cup water (or juice)1/2 honey or maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the egg shites until foamy, and then stir in remaining liquids. Combine mixtures. Stir lightly until moistened. Fill well oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 12 -15 minutes or until done.
