1.5 cups Iceburg lettuce1.5 oz turkey breast diced1 oz diced ham.25 cups chopped red ripe tomatoes.25 cups shredded cheddar cheese.125 cups sunflower seeds w/ salt addedDressing of choice
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl or on a plate
Add dressing of choice

Switch to low fat or low sodium ingredients as needed or desired.

Great salad for one. Works as a meal.
