BBQ pork subs

Ingredients
2 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed1 med onion, sliced1 bottle favorite BBQ saucewheat rollscheddar cheese
Directions
Put onion in bottom of crockpot, place tenderloin on top. Add BBQ sauce. Cover, cook on low for 8-10 hours. Last hour of cooking time, use 2 forks to shred pork. Stir to coat with sauce and mix in onions. Serve on wheat rolls topped with slice or shredded cheddar cheese. Serves 10. Goes well with homemade coleslaw or pasta salad. Can add sliced tomato or lettuce.
