Mexican CHicken Soup - HCG Phase 2

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3.5 ounces (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves minced*1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 2 serving (remove)*Onion powder, .5 tsp (remove)Chili powder, .5 tsp (remove)*Chicken Broth, Swanson's fat free and 33% less sodium, 2.5 cup (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato , dicedCilantro, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
Directions
Preheat pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes. Use a little broth to keep garlic from sticking. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder and cayenne. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add chicken. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in cilantro and simmer for 5 minutes more.
