Banana Split Make Your Own Meal Shake

Ingredients
1/2 c. of oats, grinded to a powder in a blender1 t. cocoa1 scoop (T.) of Genisoy Protein Shake powder1 scoop (T.) of Super Greens Nutritional Powder1/2 banana4-5 strawberries, hulled and halved1 c. milk4 ice cubes
Directions
Grind the oats in a blender. Add the super greens by the scoop, add 1 scoop of the protein powder then 1 t of the cocoa (or more to taste). Add strawberries and a half of a banana, add four cubes of ice and enough milk to hold it together.
